Scott Lingle –
Chief Executive Officer
Scott Lingle is the co-founder partner of ISG. Following the Merger Scott is CEO of Boost Health. Prior to ISG, Innovations (HIIQ). While at HII, Scott helped grow sales from $30m to more than $100m and is considered a key player in the Initial Public Offering Roadshow and successful IPO. Prior to HII, Mr. Lingle served as the vice president of sales for United Health One. He was responsible for creating the general agent (GA)/managing general agent (MGA)/field marketing organization (FMO) distribution channel which grew from zero to $400m in annual revenue and was the number one producing channel during his tenure.
Steven Bettinger –
Chief Strategy Officer
Steven Bettinger, co-founder and managing partner of the Insurance Specialist Group has been an entrepreneur of 28 years. Following the merger, Steven is the Chief Strategy officer for Boost Health. His expertise spans the insurance, real estate, technology, and consumer products industries. Mr. Bettinger is the founder of Swift Lending, a bridge lending company; Swift Funding, a specialty finance company; Logan Asset Backed Fund LP, an asset-based lending hedge fund; and Acquire Real Estate, which was among the first crowdfunding real estate companies created after the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act was signed. In 2011, Mr. Bettinger was named a Florida “40 under 40 Rising Star.” He is a graduate of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Ryan Varela –
Chief Revenue Officer
Ryan Varela is the visionary and leader of Boost Health Insurance & Boost Marketing Inc. Ryan has delivered innovative solutions to get the desired results across several companies. He has 14 years experience in the insurance space, starting from the ground up as an agent, to multiple management levels at different companies. After being in management, Ryan started his own ventures, and has grown and started 2 different companies that achieved 7 figures in net profits. Ryan is also the driving force behind the culture and fire that ignites his companies towards one vision. His style of communication includes attention to detail, and communicating complicated ideas in a simple manner. Ryan has generated a creative culture that allows the nurturing of people to find their peak potential.
Emery Fales –
Chief Operating Officer
As the COO and Co-Owner of Boost Health Insurance Inc, Emery Fales is accountable for all facets of the business. Emery is a results-driven professional with an exemplary track record of driving sales and growth in the insurance industry. Fales is a true team builder with a proven talent for creating and sustaining top-tier sales organizations. Prior to joining Boost Health Insurance Inc, Emery was Vice President of Sales at Lighthouse Insurance Group where he executed a national strategy that tripled revenue in three years. Previously, Fales served as Vice President of Sales for Zoom Health which he transformed from start-up agency to industry giant at a record pace (60,000 policies in 9 months). Emery currently volunteers his time as the First Vice President on the Board of Directors for West Garden Grove Youth Baseball. Fales earned his BA in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
Arthur David Varela –
Head of Operations
Arthur Varela is the President and cofounder of Boost Health Insurance Agency. Boost specializes in providing Medicare Advantage products to help clients increase their medical coverage and lower their overall cost for pharmaceuticals. He oversees the overall direction of the company and manages Finance, Planning, Legal and Compliance.
Before starting Boost he was the COO of a startup electrical engineering which he lead to 300% increase in revenue over a 3 year period. Art has over 30 years of corporate experience in both Finance and Marketing with Nissan Motor Corporation. In his spare time, Art likes to stay in shape and volunteer his time at a spiritual center. Art earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
